- User-generated content (posts, comments, photos, reviews) — retained while your account is active. On account deletion, content you authored is removed or anonymized within 30 days; references in other users' threads may persist in anonymized form.
- Transaction and order records (purchases, receipts, shipping records) — retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws.
- Payment information — not stored on our servers. Retention of payment details is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- Location data — used in real time to surface nearby events and event distances; not retained long-term in identifiable form.
- Usage, device, and analytics data (app interactions, crash reports, IP address, device identifiers) — retained in identifiable form for up to 14 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
- Push notification tokens — retained while your account is active and deleted when you log out, uninstall the app, or delete your account.
- Support communications — retained for up to 3 years after the last interaction.
- Backups — encrypted system backups containing residual data may persist for up to 90 days after deletion before being purged.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the information below. Where we are legally required to retain data (for example, for tax or fraud-prevention purposes), we will retain only the minimum information necessary for that purpose.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
